Rachio Email marketing
As the Manager of Content & Communications at Rachio, I was responsible for all consumer-facing email campaigns and communications. I launched the company’s first email marketing strategy and made 25% of our annual .com revenue in 3 quarters. I managed communications for marketing promotions, weekly newsletters and product tips, survey requests, product communications, program recruiting, and more. I was responsible for the content, some design, segmentation, A/B testing, analytics, and more. Here are some highlights from our 2020 season:

CAMPAIGNS
One of my favorite campaigns was our 2019 Birthday Campaign. The goal was to get our users engaged and wanting to share photos and videos of their #RachioYards. Not only did we get a 900% increase in expected submissions, but the campaign also:
Increased Facebook conversions by 150%
Increased Facebook CTR by 100% vs evergreen ads
Increased new users to the website by 73%
Increased conversions by 155%
Increased revenue by 119%
